Avazu Amsterdam is Located in the heart of Amsterdam and looking for a full – time finance talent.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a range of bookkeeping and operational tasks and activities. Collating data and recording financial transactions will be part of your daily routine, together with some general administrative and office management tasks. You are the to – go to person, managing deadlines, multitasking and making sure the office and finance department runs like a well – oiled machine.
Experience of working within a finance department
Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures
Fast and accurate data input skills
Excellent IT skills – Word and Excel (essential)
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop good relationships at all levels with both internal and external contacts
Ability to multi – task and work under pressure
Enthusiastic and sociable with a “can do” attitude
Experience with (Xero) online accounting software
Fluency in English; Dutch native is a plus

Data input of various information
Preparation of spreadsheets, financial statements, reports and correspondence
Updating various databases
Provide (financial) support to team members
Booking international travel and creating basic itineraries on an ad hoc basis
Undertaking any ad hoc admin duties as required
Ordering stationery and general office supplies
